UK e-wards
I am pleased to set out below the terms upon which Punk & Oi In The
UK Limited will permit your Band / Record Label / Event Publicity / Fanzine
/ Author / Website as a party featured in “pUKe” 2004 poll (“the
Poll”), to use PuKe: PunkOi UK e-wards for 2004 Award logo (“the
logo”), a copy of which is to be found as an appendix to this agreement.
1. All intellectual property rights in the Logo, including the name “pUKe” and
the masthead, are property of Punk & Oi In The UK Limited and you may
use the Logo only as expressly permitted under this Agreement.
2. You may only use the Logo as it appears in the Appendix and we will provide
you with the appropriate artwork. No other artwork may be used. The artwork
will remain our property and must be returned to us immediately on demand.
3. A finished copy of any usage must be sent for our internal records, to Rebecca
Pollard – rebecca@punkoiuk.co.uk
4. You may commence using the Logo immediately, and you may continue to use
it in the approved manner beyond the year in which your company featured
in the Poll.
5. If at any time after this Agreement comes into effect it comes to our attention
that your company (or anyone acting on its behalf), or an individual is using
the Logo and/or the pUKe name and/or masthead in a way we consider unacceptable,
we shall immediately terminate this Agreement and take whatever legal steps
shall prove necessary to enforce our rights.
6. This agreement sets out the entire agreement and understanding between you
and Punk & Oi In The UK Limited in relation to the Logo. It does not create
any partnership or joint venture.
